1. Prepare the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
2. Mix the wet ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the dry ingredients
Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
Stir until everything is just combined. Don’t overmix.
4. Add chocolate and walnuts
If using them, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
5. Transfer to the pan
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Smooth the top with a spatula and sprinkle a few extra walnuts or chocolate chips over the top if desired.
6. Bake
Bake for approximately 18–24 minutes.
The edges should look set while the center remains slightly soft. Be careful not to overbake if you want fudgy brownies.
7. Cool completely
Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes.
For an especially fudgy texture, refrigerate them for another 30–60 minutes before slicing.
8. Slice and serve
Cut into squares and serve as they are, or add a little whipped cream or a few fresh berries.
Fudgy, chocolatey, and perfect when that brownie craving hits! 🍫🤎
