For the Base
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey or corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt

- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ½ cup chopped peanuts, optional
