No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.

Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9 × 13-inch baking dish.

Place it in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Step 2: Prepare the Cream Filling

Beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla until completely smooth and creamy.

Add the drained crushed pineapple and gently mix until evenly distributed.

Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until the filling becomes light and fluffy.

Step 3: Add the Filling

Spread the pineapple cream mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.

Smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 4: Add the Topping

Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pineapple layer.

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top and decorate with a few small pieces of pineapple if desired.

Step 5: Chill

Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

The chilling time allows the layers to firm up and makes the dessert much easier to slice.

Step 6: Serve

Cut into squares and serve cold.

The buttery graham cracker crust, creamy pineapple filling, and fluffy topping create the perfect combination of sweet, tangy, creamy, and crunchy.

For an even more refreshing dessert, keep it refrigerated until just before serving.

This is the kind of no-bake dessert that disappears from the table before you realize it! 🍍🥧
