Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain any excess grease. If desired, season the beef with a little salt, pepper, or your favorite taco seasoning.
Let the beef cool slightly.
Step 2: Arrange the Crescent Rolls
Separate the crescent dough into triangles.
Arrange the triangles in a circle on a round baking pan or pizza pan, with the wide ends toward the center and the pointed ends facing outward. The wide ends should overlap slightly, creating a ring.
Step 3: Add the Filling
Spoon the cooked ground beef around the center of the crescent ring.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the beef.
Fold the wide ends of the crescent dough toward the center and over the filling, tucking them underneath where possible.
Leave enough of the filling visible in the center so the finished dish has that beautiful cheesy, meaty look.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for approximately 20–25 minutes, or until the crescent dough is puffed and golden brown and the cheese is completely melted.
Keep an eye on the dough toward the end so it doesn’t become too dark.
Step 5: Slice and Serve
Let the ring rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Cut between the crescent sections and serve warm.
This is delicious with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, or shredded lettuce on the side.
The best part is that you get crispy, buttery crescent rolls on the outside and a warm, cheesy beef filling in every bite.
Three ingredients, one pan, and an easy dinner everyone will ask you to make again! 🌮🧀🥐
