INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups water
- 1½ inches fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
- 1 inch fresh turmeric root, sliced (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
- 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 teaspoon dried mango pieces (or 2 tablespoons diced fresh mango, added after brewing)
- 1 mango herbal tea bag
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (or 1 small cinnamon stick)
- ¼ teaspoon whole black peppercorns (or a pinch of ground black pepper)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice (optional)

- Honey
- Stevia
- Monk fruit sweetener
- Erythritol
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour the water into a small saucepan.
- Add the ginger, turmeric, hibiscus, dried mango, cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add the mango herbal tea bag. Steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain into a mug or pitcher.
- If using fresh mango, stir in the diced mango or blend it into the strained tea for a richer, fruitier drink.
- Add the lime juice if desired and sweeten to taste.
- Serve warm, or chill and pour over ice. Garnish with fresh mango cubes or a lime slice for a refreshing tropical finish.
